Acquisition of a majority stake of Servirecord

GBS Finance acted as financial advisor to Grupo SAR, a Spanish leading company in the management of residential services, in the acquisition of a majority stake in the Spanish company Servirecord, specialized in home help, tele-assistance and other social programs for women, children, youth and the socially excluded. The company will be renamed ServiSAR.
