Sale of the company to DSM

The Italian Group Sir Fidia SPA hired GBS Finance, after their successful experience in the sale of Antibioticos SA, to sell its subsidiary Vitatene, devoted to the production of beta-carotene, and whose factory was annexed to the Antibioticos SA facilities in the province of Leon. The company was acquired by the Dutch multinational DSM for an amount close to € 30 million, and absorbing the entire workforce of the company.
