Sale of the company to Saica

S.A Industrias Celulosa Aragonesa (SAICA), the Spanish-based company engaged in the manufacture and distribution of paper for corrugating purpose and also engaged in the manufacture of packaging products, acquired Microlan, S.A., the Spanish-based company engaged in the manufacturer and supply of corrugated cardboard packaging, from Lantero Machieraldo Family, the Spanish-based family having interest in manufacturers and suppliers of corrugated cardboard packaging boxes. GBS Finance acted as advisor to Lantero Family.
