Last Thursday, our beloved Kevin Woods, partner of GBS Finance, passed away, leaving an immense gap in the lives of all of us who shared our day to day with him. Kevin joined GBS Finance in early 1996 and since then, his knowledge and experience have been an essential part in the firm’s growth.
Before his arrival at GBS Finance, Kevin had an extensive career. Between 1988 and 1996 he was Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance at Bank of America, S.A. in Madrid. Prior to that, he was Head of the Capital Markets Department of Bank of America, S.A. in Madrid and held various positions in the Corporate Office of Bank of America NT & SA in New York. Previously, he had worked for The Chase Manhattan Bank in New York and Milan.
A perfect gentleman personally and professionally, and an exceptional colleague for all those who have been lucky enough to work alongside him, has left us.
We deeply regret his loss and we will always remember him with great affection and admiration.
