OFFICE RECEPTIONIST

At GBS Finance we are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive candidate in office reception. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment and acquire key skills in the reception area.

 

Requirements:

  • Current student in business administration, management, law or languages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office).
  • Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service-oriented.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Welcome visitors and clients.
  • Coordinate meeting and event schedules.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication.
  • Perform administrative and support tasks as needed.
