Job description:

  • Assistance in the development of financial valuation models;
  • Provide support in transaction execution processes (due diligence, interaction with internal teams, external advisors and counterparties);
  • Assistance in the preparation of marketing materials, including: service pitches, valuation documents and sale process materials among others


Position requirements:

  • Preference for a recent undergraduate with a good academic record.
  • Interest in the banking industry and the RE sector.
  • Priors professional experience. Experience in the financial sector will be a bonus.
  • Knowledge in accounting and business valuation (these skills will be assessed as part of the selection process);
  • Degree in Economics / Business Administration and Management or Engineering;
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point);
  • Languages: fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken;
  • Teamwork, good communication skills, results oriented;
  • Analytical capacity and attention to detail

Experience with database management tools (e.g. Python, Clementine) and basic legal notions are a bonus.
