Description: GBS Finanzas acted as financial advisor to Investindustrial SpA, the Italian Private Equity firm, along with other financial investors, in the acquisition of a 22% stake in Applus Servicios Tecnológicos S.L., the Spanish inspection, certification, and technological services company, for a consideration of €326m. Applus is a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group LLC, the US based Private Equity firm, since its buyout in 2007.
