We are opening a new position in the Barcelona office to incorporate an Off-Cycle Trainee into the Corporate Finance team.

Position: Off-Cycle Trainee
Start Date: September

 

Responsibilities:

  • Research on sectors and companies.
  • Conducting market studies and competitive analysis of companies.
  • Analyzing the historical performance of companies.
  • Valuation analysis of listed and private companies, including the preparation of multiples (EV/Sales, EV/EBITDA, EV/EBIT, P/E…) of listed companies and precedent transactions.
  • Assisting in the development of financial and valuation models.
  • Preparing marketing presentations including company profiles, information memorandums, and valuation documents, among others.

 

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a Master’s/Postgraduate student in Finance.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of accounting and company valuation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Teamwork, clear communication, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in the financial sector will be positively valued.
  • Languages: Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Academic transcript, CV, and cover letter must be attached.
