Description: GBS Finance acted as financial advisor to Aurica Capital, the Private Equity fund backed by Banc Sabadell Group, in the acquisition of a 19% stake of the Spanish mattress manufacturer Grupo Flex Equipos De Descanso for €80m. The company’s owners, Betere family, have increased their stake to 81%.
