Crèdit Andorrà buys 85% of Banco Alcalá

GBS Finance advised Grupo Crédit Andorrá, Andorra’s leading financial group, in the purchase of 85% of Banco Alcalá, which is specialized in wealth management. With this acquisition, Crédit Andorrá will achieve the introduction into Spain and will continue with the international expansion in the eurozone.
