Sale of 100% to Schneider

GBS Finance acted as advisor to Daunert family, (the Spanish-based family having interest in pre-fab modular data center companies), in the sale of its company AST Modular SL, the Spanish-based pre-fab modular data centers company, to Schneider Electric SA, the listed French-based company engaged in electricity distribution, automation management and producing installation components for energy management. The acquisition will provide a strong position for Schneider Electric SA in the pre-fab data centre solutions market.
