Sale of TAG Systems to AUSTRIACARD

GBS Finance has adviced all shareholders of Tag Systems S.A. on the sale of Tag Systems S.A to AUSTRIACARD and entering into a joint venture with AUSTRIACARD. The new group’s presence in Europe extends from the UK to Austria, Greece and Turkey and has three production sites and 8 personalization centers in the region, as well as 2 additional personalization centers in North and South America. TAG Systems S.A. is an Andorran stock corporation payment card specialist, providing personalization and fulfilment services through service offices in Spain, Poland, the UK, and North and South America.
