Sale of the company Brandcare, subsidiary of Explorer, to Sodalis Group

GBS Finance acted as financial advisor to the Portuguese Private Equity firm Explorer Investments for the sale of Brandcare, a company engaged in the manufacturing of home cleaning products, to Gruppo Sodalis SPA, a leading Italian producer and distributor of consumer and care products, with subsidiaries in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Russia and presence in more than 40 countries. This acquisition will help Sodalis to reinforce its development throughout Europe, adding popular brands to its portfolio, such as Cristasol, Xanpa, Super Pop, Mistolin, Feno de Portugal, Javisol and Tacto.
