Acquisition to Alcodra Group and other individual shareholders of Rescot

GBS Finance acted as financial advisor to Aramark Corporation, the US based managed-services company, in the acquisition to Alcodra Group and the other individual shareholders of Restauración colectiva, Rescot, the Spanish food service company, for EUR 11m, including net debt. The acquisition is part of Aramark’s international strategy and will allow them to increase their operations in Spain.
