Merger between the hotel management companies

GBS Finance acted as financial advisor in the acquisition of Hoteles Hesperia S.A., the Spanish owner and operator of hotels, by NH Hoteles S.A., the listed Spanish owner and operator of hotel chains in Europe, Latin America and Africa.The acquisition is in line with NH Hoteles’ strategy to reinforce its presence, nationally and internationally, and generate synergies at income and expenditure level. NH Hoteles will manage 51 hotels currently owned and operated by Hesperia, ending up with a total number of 400 hotels with more than 60,000 rooms.
