GBS Finance acted as financial advisor to Trea AM in the co-investment by which it became the sole asset management provider of the Banco de Crédito Corporativo (BCC), holding company of Grupo Corporativo Cajamar. Thanks to this agreement, Trea will manage the whole fund portfolio at BCC.
