Carlos Alberto has been player in many Merger and Acquisitions and developed, along with Chilean Central, a debt conversion program in 1982 / 1985 (US $40B)
Carlos A. has also experience as founder and main shareholder of Comercial Madison S.A. “KOMAX”, is member and Counselor of Cámara de Comercio Santiago and board member of ECert Chile among other companies
